These Terms govern your use of the iSell mobile app and this website, operated by iSell. By using the app or the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into sale and installment contracts. To buy on installments you must verify your identity through MyID with a valid identity document.
2. Your account
You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone number and device secure and for activity that happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Identity verification
Installment purchases require identity verification through MyID. How we handle the data from that process is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Catalog, prices and availability
Product information and prices in the app are shown for your convenience and may change at any time. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). If an item is out of stock we may procure it to fulfil your order. The information in the app does not itself form a sale contract — the binding terms of your purchase are those set out in the sale or installment contract you sign.
5. Installments and scoring
Submitting an installment application does not guarantee approval. Approval, your credit limit and the required advance payment are decided through our scoring process. By submitting an installment application you authorise us to request your credit history from the licensed credit bureau KATM and to disclose your identity data (full name, date of birth and PINFL) to that bureau for this purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app may show an estimated minimum advance for your cart, but the final, binding installment contract is reviewed and signed in person at one of our branches. You may have only one active installment application or one active order at a time.
6. Orders and fulfilment
You can collect your order from one of our branches or, within Tashkent, choose free courier delivery. For delivery you must provide an accurate address and location inside the serviced area; orders outside the delivery area cannot be delivered.
7. Payments
Where you buy on installments, you agree to pay the amounts on the schedule set out in the contract you sign. Payment reminders in the app are a convenience and do not replace the terms of your contract.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app or site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with or disrupt them, and not to provide false identity or contact information.
9. Intellectual property
The app, the website and their content are owned by iSell or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only as permitted by these Terms.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (for example MyID for identity verification and map providers for delivery location). Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
11. Disclaimers
The app and site are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iSell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and none of these Terms affects the rights and obligations set out in a sale or installment contract you sign.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Your purchase and any installment plan are governed by the sale or installment contract you sign.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. By continuing to use the app or site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
